Acting Assertively in the Workplace
GO BACK
Many people confuse the word assertion with aggression. This means that people with aggressive behaviour can justify their aggression by calling it assertion and people who are non-assertive justify their passive behaviour by not wanting to come across as aggressive.
This course explores the behaviour and skills needed to act assertively in the work place.
