How can Essencial Business Coaching help you?
Through focused one-to-one attention and an objective perspective, Essencial Business Coaching helps teams and individuals within organisations to perform better through improved:

· Communication skills
· Delegation
· Time management
· Strategic thinking
· Leadership skills
· Promotional and sales skills
· Understanding and awareness of others and self
· Work/life balance
· Presentation skills

Step one

SMART goals are agreed between coach, commissioner of coaching (Line or HR Manager) and client. These goals are aligned with corporate objectives such as, sales targets, customer service levels and key performance indicators.

Examples include: to reduce working hours by 20%, to reduce conflict in the team through improved communication, to increase job placements by 45% within 4 months.

Step two
An audit is taken to measure the client's current performance against these agreed goals and an analysis of what is affecting the client's current ability to reach these desired goals.

Step three
The client sets small actions, which will immediately boost performance. For example, setting up a one-to-one with a member of their team who is under-performing or delegating tasks to other team members.

Step four
A series of coaching sessions are arranged and an outcome is set at the beginning of each, towards reaching the agreed goals.

Step five
At the end of each session the client commits to taking actions to reach their set goals. For example, leaving the office on time 4 days out of 5 or addressing conflict by listening to each team member's view point.

Step six
A review of the client's progress is monitored mid-way through the coaching sessions with the commissioner of coaching, client and coach.

Step seven
After the final session a review is prepared by the coach against set objectives and sent to the commissioner of coaching.
